Magnifique endroit.
Ray: C'est un autre monde, Martine.
Magic mushrooms eh? Sounds 60s to me! smile
Ray: Indeed, Larry...for those of us who can remember...although Timothy Leary got us on to LSD in that era.
Magic mushrooms? I hope you didn't eat any! Very nice to see you two buddies together in a shot!
Ray: It can be handy to have access to a few shots from my traveling buddies, Elizabeth.
I can imagine the fun you all had in that place, Ray! smile
Ray: This place was wonderful, Ginnie.

I can imagine why "magic Mushrooms" come in mind, we all have about the same age, Ray. Good to see you in the picture and give scale to these mushrooms.
Ray: I took advantage of some pics from Tim and Koen, Astrid, so I appear a couple of times in this series. I loved this place.

I never knew such things existed until your intriguing series Ray
Ray: A fabulous feeling to wander about under these structures, Chris.

They really are a sight, The like of which I have not seen before Ray. And I always thought that magic mushrooms were something else.
Ray: I like these big ones, Chad, and they certainly played with my emotions.

No doubt tried dislodging the cap stones.
Ray: Ha Ha

You know what Lads are like...have to climb up a bit and nudge the capstones with you shoulder just to see how stable they are... Not! smile
Are these mushrooms Thailand's answer to Stonehenge?
Ray: Could be that, Bill...built by Ms Nature some time back so Sapiens could dance around them when they eventually appeared on the scene.

And they will not break down as I hope?
Ray: They are broken down rocks that have been deteriorating for millions of years, Philine...I suppose that process was continuing even while we were visiting the site.

The way you two are laughing I am pretty sure you had a bite.

Given the clothes you are wearing, I believe it wasn't the normal humid hot weather.
Ray: Laughing is a common occurrence throughout these trips, Louis.
This is really cool.
Ray: I think so, too, Mary.
This gives a good idea just how big these things are.
Ray: Some of the mushrooms were much taller than this one, Brian.
Perhaps they thought they'd been eating some of those other 'magic mushrooms' smile
Ray: These travellers do a lot of laughing while on tour, Tom.

i like how you both mirror the camera in each other's hands, Ray.
Ray: An interesting observation, Ayush, but not something I can interpret in an way.
