photoblog image Any Camera...

Any Camera...

I made this shot with my mid-priced Smartphone.

I was trying to highlight the exquisite wings of the Dragonfly, assisted by the pale background of the step leading to the Sarn [Spirit House] in our garden, and I think they have turned out rather well...what do you think?

The wings are surreal. Well captured indeed smile
Ray: Thanks, Rob.
Je trouve que c'est plutôt réussi.
Ray: Merci Martine.
Mission accomplished! A beautiful image!
Ray: You are very kind, Elizabeth.

The veining shows brilliantly, Ray
Ray: It was assisted by that light backdrop, Lisl.

I agree with you. It shows the intricate filaments of the wing structure very well. A good job from your Smsung Galaxy J7+ in your hands.
Ray: Smart Phones have improved a lot in the last year or so in the photography area, Alan.

Ray: Thank you, Chris.

I think I tried a little too hard in PP.

a really great image! The wings are amazing. Your writing is excellent again!
Ray: I was pleased with the outcome here, Philine.

My writing is probably improved to 75%, and is now quite functional. Reeding continues to be a big challenge, at about 20%, but I have not given up on it.
Super shot Ray. Great detail.
Ray: Thank you, Frank.
They have indeed turned out very well.
Ray: It was a fame opportunity, Brian, so I grabbed it.
Looks good to me Ray. Phone cameras get better all the time
Ray: Yes they do, Bill.
