I love how so many have polka-dotted bodies! Another beautiful image, Ray!
Ray: I really like the spotty bodies on some species, too, Elizabeth.
would that be a monarch butterfly? another lovely shot, Ray
Ray: It is not a Monarch, Ayush, but I can see some similarities.

A week of the very big, showy butterflies, Ray - kind of you to think of us waiting for the spring and the first to emerge here
Ray: This one is a smaller critter than the ones I showed on the first 3 days, Lisl...but a compact, neat and common butterfly in our garden.

J'aime beaucoup son dégradé de couleurs.
Ray: Le haut de ses ailes est beaucoup plus sombre, mais en utilisant la même palette, Martine ... c'est une jolie créature.

Perfectly posed too.I must congratulate Thailand on the colours of its accompanying flowers
Ray: All of the flowers I have featured are non-native, Chris, but do seem to thrive in our climate all year!
Une semaine de reve ..merci Ray pour ces très belles photos ..
A demain bien sur
Ray: J'espère que vous aimerez le dernier de la série demain, Claudine!
You have not disappointed with this wonderful series Ray
Ray: I am pleased you are enjoying the series, Bill.

I don't have any words to describe how beautiful this critter and the plant are on your photograph! A 1A image for sure!
Ray: Thank you, Philine. I shall try to improve my score with my final entry tomorrow.

This one has a pretty good costume Ray. Instead of focusing on the overall picture, I am drawn to the animal.
Ray: I like the pollen that is sticking to this butterfly,Chad...demonstrates the important role it plays in plant sex.

Now this one had made more of an effort to co-ordinate its colours with its surroundings. I like the markings around the edge of the wings and its relation with the upturns on the body.
Ray: I am very impressed with the marking that highlight its scalloped wing edges, Alan, and its marvellous polka-dot body.

Ray: Merci, Anne.
These shots are getting better by the day, this is terrific.
Ray: Last one in this series tomorrow, is a bit different, but I hope you will like it, too.
Another terrific shot, Ray - I suspect you use magic powers to pose them smile
Ray: Ha Ha

Of course, Tom...
I would call her Dot of course, short for Dorothy.
Ray: It is a very good name for her, Mary...makes me wonder if she can sing/dance.
