Celui-là  est tout petit. La fleur est magnifique.
Ray: La fleur est un tournesol mexicain, et elle est assez grande, Martine.
Ooooh the perfect ending! Love that deeeep red, against the black background and the little sprite of light in the center of it all!
Ray: It is a beautiful flower to have in the garden, Elizabeth...looks good, and is much-loved by the butterflies!

A cracking image even without the butterfly. I especially like teh low angle of the light and the richness of the colours.
Ray: Mexican Sunflowers are gorgeous blooms, Alan.
It has indeed been to my liking. I would gladly see more.
Ray: More garden delights next week, Larry, but a different family.

There is something about this that makes it look like a staged indoor photo Ray. Probably the dark that gives that sense.
Ray: Hand-held camera in the garden, maaaate...lit by the sun...no "Made in China" label on the flutterby or its landing pad...all natural ingredients just for my SC Buddy Mr A Doveton to remind him the World is not nearly at end...

Judged by the flower, this is a small butterfly. In his world, the pollen would be boulders.

Yes, it has been to my liking.
Ray: Thank you, Louis.

A big flower hosting a small butterfly. These little critters are permanent dwellers in our garden, and I like them a lot.
I've really enjoyed this series Ray, thanks very much.
Ray: Then I am happy, Brian.
It has been wonderful, Ray. I remember you posting one of these before as we have them too.
Ray: Thank you, Mary. I have featured this little butterfly a few times...I like them a lot.
