hmm... let's see, two paws on the fish tank, one paw mid air and one paw on a vase... and Charlie gives a cold shoulder...
Ray: Charlies has no fear of the cats, Ayush.
I get the feeling there is a third photo in the series... smile
Ray: HA HA

Charlie has been a family member for about 7 years, Larry, and has survived the attention of our cats all that time....I don't think Mek has a chance, and will soon lose interest. In fact, several of the cats like drinking Charlie's water and at least one cat has had its tongue sucked by Charlie.
I can say this because I'm quite sure Charlie is well taken care of... but I love Mek's curious expression and stances... you've captured these and his shadows wonderfully!
Ray: This was a very enjoyable show, Elizabeth. Charlie has a lot of experience, and is not even slightly concerned about Mek's attention.

ermm... I don't know how to say this but I think it is time to feed the cat, Ray.... or is this your cafeteria and he can choose and pick grin.....
Ray: It was great fun to observe this interaction, Astrid.

Charlie has been in our family for about 7 years, and survived attention from all out cats...Mek is not going to be a challenge for an experienced goldfish.
Oh, le coquin ! Il mangerait bien du poisson pour son déjeuner.
Ray: Je pense que Mek rêve de poisson frais pour le déjeuner, mais Charlie est beaucoup trop intelligent et expérimenté pour que ça arrive, Martine.
How fabulous, Ray, especially the second image!
Ray: We are enjoying Mek very much, Ginnie...he provides me with many photo-opportunities.

Your second picture is priceless, Ray. Does Mek ever end up in the fish-tank?
Ray: He has never fallen in, but has had a wet front paw a couple of times, Lisl. Charlies makes a quite a lot of noise when he is re-arranging the pebbles in the tank, and Mek often goes to watch the game.

Both pictures are brilliant but the top one with the shadow is a real joy. How Charlie feels about this might be another matter..
Ray: I believe Charlie quite enjoys the interaction with the cats, Chris...he doesn't show any fear, and I have even seen him attempting to eat a cats tongue when the cat is drinking his water.

Charlie has been part of our family for about 7 years, and that has always included living with cats.

He certainly has a fish supper on his mind especially in the lower image. Have you ever seen the Simon's cat on Youtube? There is one of the cat doing something similar to Mek.
Ray: I don't know Simon or his cat, Alan.

What a nice scene!
Ray: I enjoy watching these interactions, Philine.
One day you will be mine all mine!
Ray: Ha Ha

Mek might be thinking that, Bill, but I doubt it will happen...Charlie has the smarts of Yoda!

Ha wonderful Ray. I thought at first that Mek just wanted a drink.
Ray: Mek often drinks from Charlie's tank, Chad, but this time he seemed fascinated by Charlie's behaviour.
Friday is fish day for Catholics.
Ray: I always assumed Mek was Buddhist, as he is Thai, Martin, but perhaps he has had his mind played with by RC Missionaries...
LOng may these two stay on the friendly basis they seem to have.
Oh my! My now deceased neighbours had a male cat named PurrC who would go fishing during the first week (usually the first day) of fishing season. He always brought home a trout and had it himself for supper. Only one a year. We never understood how he knew it was legal fishing season.

According to Mek's shadow in the bottom shot, he plans on becoming a fish.
Failing to resist temptation - the next scene is, presumably, a big splash! smile
