It is not difficult to find splashes of colour in suburban gardens even on a wintry day.

[I have been unable to look at all my Buddiy's posts for a few months, as novigation was too tyring on my phone and comments were too much for me. I am using a laptop computer now, and my reading/righting has improved somwhat, so I will try to resume full engagement from now on. SC continues to be an important aspect of my theraphy.]

Ray: Thank you, Frank.
Recovery continues, but it may take a year of more to return to my target of FUL recovery.
These are beautiful flowers, Ray! Complimenting my Indian Paintbrush photo for today!

Ray: Thank you, Elizabeth. I did notice the complimentary nature of our images today.

That's brilliant, Ray, that you are going to be back with us full-time. Shutterchance can be a good therapy in more ways than one, I am sure
Ray: There was some skepticism from Speach Therapists when I announced my intention to recommence blogging, Lisl...now, though, they are calling it a main recovery strategy.

I did tell them my SC community is Special!

Fell recovery is a long way off, but that is my target.

Hooray! Welcome back! I'm so pleased and relieved that your reading and writing to getting back to something more normal. Phones are fine for seeing what's going on and frustrating for trying to update others.

These are pretty colours.
Ray: Thank you, Alan.

The colours are really vibrant, even in wintertime. I see that your reading/writing abilities have very improved.
Ray: I expect I still have a year or more of daily improving, Philine...but, I am somewhat functional now.

a bright, cheery shot, Ray. it was good to see that familiar bike path on your strava.
Ray: I am pleased to be riding again, Ayush...an important routine in my life.
They do look like flags at rest in the breeze. Just keep plugging away Ray, I'm sure nature will do its healing all in good time.
Ray: Thank you, Brian.

Nature needs a bit of assistance, so I am spending a couple of hours each day in re-learning exercises.
That's certainly bold colour, Ray - keep up the good work!
Ray: I am still intent on 100% recovery, Tom, so must work it it every day.

Our winter is showing signs of coming to an end. But there is always that last thrash. Great shot.
Ray: Back in Thailand now, Louis, so will miss Winter's last gasp.
What a gorgeous flower!

I deal with people with brain injury every day and believe that you have what it takes for full recovery. You have to work very, very hard and only you can do it. I don't think you have a lazy bone in your body, so will do that vital work.
Ray: Thank you, Mary.

I am fully motivated to getting pack to where I was.

I do gave a few lazy bones, but they have signed on. too! :}
