When you need supervision, Ray, you can always trust a Willie Wagtail, right? smile
Ray: Wagtails are quite noisy, Ginnie...perhaps she was giving me instructions.

Willie Wagtail... will he get the snack, I wonder?

Careful with your chopper.
Ray: I have chapped a lot of wood in my lifetime, Alan, and had no serious injuries from it.
He is probably hoping you will disturb a tasty titbit
Ray: Or chop off a foot or something.

He probably think what a rubbish sculptor you are Ray, that you keep getting it wrong and having to start again.
Ray: I am a rebbish sculptor, Chad.
Not very shy then. The wood is warming you once. it will again when you stack it.
Ray: Yes...I like cutting wood in Winter for this reason, Mary.
A different family from our wagtails - but I recall seeing them in Australia.
Ray: I found two species of Wagtail in the garden, Tom...the Willie and the Grey.

We have 5 types of wagtail, some with yellow colours. Even they don't seem as handsome as this guy.
Ray: This is certainly one of my favourite Australian Birds, Louis, and it is very comfortable to within about 4 hetres of me in the garden. There is a Grey here as well, but it is quite shy.
