Night Flowers

The complex that houses our Condo is huge, comprizing 8 towers [totle of about 400 condos] on a common base. The complex is called Bangkok Garden...named for the 3rd floor garden, which is area of about 2 acres includng 2 large swimming pools, and with lots of lawn and exotic mature trees. Na and I lived here for about 10 years, and still love the place.

Here are some of the large water features that can be found around the garden...

the top shot looks rather exotic, Ray.
Ray: These flowers grow on a large tree in the garden, Ayush...they burst out of their buds at night and have fallen from their tree before sunrise, so I have named them Night Flowers.
Are those real? They're amazing, if so!
The water features are wonderful!
Ray: They are real, and I look for them on every visit, Elizabeth.

I love this garden.
Quelles jolies fleurs !
Ray: Oui ... elles sont très jolies, Martine.

Lucky you!
Ray: I was a very good place to relax when not at work, Anna, and there were many things to attract my camera.

Looks to be a wonderful place. The garden seems to be a good size. The water features must help to make it it feel less oppressive in the heat.
Ray: Yes...and there are two large swimming pools, too, if one needs to cool off, Alan.

I do not much enjoy swimming in pools, but I love the sounds of trickling water around the garden.

I can imagine that you have fond memories of this place.
Ray: I hope our condominium will be let again soon, Astrid, but we enjoyed the opportunity to spend a few nights per again, and we might do it again in the next week or so.

Water can be so relaxing
Ray: My feeling exactly, Chris.
Man alive, Ray. That is quite the place!
Ray: I love this garden, Ginnie, and even enjoy watching the 4 permanent gardeners at work here.

It looks and sounds a fine place Ray. I have not heard of night flowers before.
Ray: I made up the name, Chad, as I am finding a few blooms to do their thing only at night. I will feature another one soon, from our House garden.
A 2 acre roof garden is impressive Ray!
Ray: It is a most impressive complex, Bill.
I see why you like it, Ray - have you thought of dividing your time between the two residences? Or is the work needed up country?
Ray: We need to be Up-Country, Tom...Dogs, Cats, Garden, Farms, Na's Dad, Na's Heart are all there.
The flowers are amazing. I wonder if they could be worn in hair for a few hours.
Ray: I suppose I could fut a few in my hair, Mary, but the bees seem to still like them after they fall.
