the jumping spider seems to be wary though and not in a mood to back off, Ray. excellent shot.
Ray: Unfortunately, Ayush, I was concentrating on making a decent shot of this lovely little butterfly and did not notice the spider at the time, so it is not in good focus.
I like the bokeh in this Ray.
Ray: Thank you, Frank. I am beginning to get some idea of how to use the new 28mm Macro lens I recently bought for my mirrorless camera.
Joli paillon avec son corps strié et les points sur ses ailes.
Ray: C'est un petit mais beau papillon, Martine.
Gorgeous image, Ray! Just gorgeous - Lucky for the butterfly it's a bit big for the spider!
Ray: Thank you, Elizabeth. My feeling is the spider did make that decision.
Lucky for the butterfly that she can flit away at a moment's notice, especially if said jumping spider scares the bejesus outta her! Beautifully shown, Ray.
Ray: She escapes only because she is a bit too big for the spider, Ginnie.

Stripes 'n' spots, what more could an outfit have to impress?
Ray: Certainly should attract a mate, eh!

I hope that the spider knows that the butterfly may be a little big to chew on...
Great picture.
Ray: Yes...I peel the spider has done the calculation, Astrid.

Perhaps she knows, and thinks she needn't worry about the little pip-squeak!
Ray: Ha Ha...she has done her Charles Atlas training, Lisl!
Elle ne s'est pas rendu compte de ce danger?
Ray: Je ne l'ai pas remarqué non plus, Claudine.

It is very velvety looking Ray.
Ray: This is so, Chad.
I hope the butterfly got lucky!
Ray: There was no incident, Bill.
A fine butterfly isn't it.
Ray: Small, but a lovely thing, Brian.
Great shot, but how did it end?!
Ray: Anticlimax...no action. KK.
I somehow think they do know that they share plants.
Ray: I think the butterfly was unaware, but was saved by its size, Mary.
Lovely shot, Ray.
Ray: Thank you, Tom.
