Truck Fruit

Way too sour for my enjoyment, but a favorite for those who enjoy drinking Thai Whisty.

I just spent 3 minutes in the garden, and found these fruits...

[Tomorow we are off to Cambodia...please join our bicycle tour.]

Strange fruits to my eye Ray

I shall enjoy your Cambodia jaunt with pleasure
Ray: I will try to make it interesting, Chris. After several trips there, I can say that I like the country very much.

Astonishing larder
Ray: Tropical fruits are [generally] excellent, Richard.
I recognised some of the fruits but some are a mystery!
Ray: I do not know the names of some of these fruits, Bill, but I do enjoy eating them.
That is quite a variety of fruit you have in December.
Ray: A few of these species fruit continuously in this climate, Mary.
Quite an unusal looking fruit. I've already got my ticket ready for the Cambodia trip.
Ray: Just one more sleep and then we are off, Brian.

I'd steer well clear of these unless I was 100% certain that they were edible.
Ray: One of the rules of Thai up-country cooking is that anything is edible if you add spicy enough sauce to it, Alan.
