Our visit to the Anlong Venh market is entertaining, as is usually the case with town markets in SE Asia...a fine antidote to the depression from the Pol Pot Museum...

Un marché bien coloré. J'aime la personne dans le hamac.
Ray: Oui. Les heures de marché sont longues et ils doivent donc se reposer, Martine.

It looks tp be complete chaos but I'm sure the locals know what is what. It's a very colourful scene,
Ray: There is a lot of color and movement in these places, Alan, but I do not find it chaotic.
Impressionnant ce marché ..tout se vend ?
Ray: Oui ... ces marchés ont presque tout, Claudine.

These places look wonderful Ray, full of photo opps..

Your second shot shows what I thought from the first - it is a bit of a siesta time.
Ray: Yes...those feet are the focus, Mary.
So many traders but not a lot of customers at that time.
Ray: The busy period is done, and so many are taking a break before the next wave of activity. Brian.
