Terrific shot! Frank and Brian will not appreciate my saying that he is a really beautiful snake!

Gulp! Well, then, Ray, I'll take your word for it. Next?!
Ray: I keep forgetting that you are not very comfortable with snakes.

Amazing shots, Ray - especially the lower, with the snake's quizzical look, wondering if it is brave enough to walk the tight-wire
Ray: I don't see this species much, Lisl, as it tends to be a night hunter. However, it was a bit cold on this occasion and so the snake was seeking warmth from the sun.

In fact, I saw two of them in this one weekend.

Such good photographs Ray. Is this snake poisonous?
Ray: Thank you, Squire.

It is a poisonous snake, but unlikely to attack unless it felt cornered and threatened.

I am not a fan of snakes but a fan of great photos. These are both awesome, Ray. Love the fine detail in the second and the overall comp of the first. A likey.
Ray: These are beautiful creatures, Mary, and it makes my day when I have an encounter such as this.
This is an absolute cracker Ray!
Ray: You can imagine my delight at discovering this critter, Bill.
Elizabeth knows my views on snakes,Ray,but these are good shots,I'll get off now....smile
Ray: One of the most gorgeous of critters, Frank...the snake is not half bad, either. smile
Following straight on from Frank Elizabeth is also aware that I'm not a lover of "S" things either, so I will quickly say they are good photos and move on with some speed.
Ray: Thank you for taking time to see, Brian.
Brilliant capture and amazing scene on the first shot ! Wow !
Ray: Thank you, Bruno.

I was fortunate to notice this beautiful creature.
Terrific images Ray! I love snakes.
Ray: Thank you, Richard. It seems my SC buddies either love snakes or hate them.

Ray: Wonderful to see, Juan Carlos.
